A lot of candidates are facing racial discrimination, but how can the recruitment industry stop this scourge? For a few years, the UK government is trying to protect employees from workplace discrimination and is now urging businesses to ask applicants for “name-blind” CVs.

Released on December 16, 2015, the latest report by The Boston Consulting Group and Recruit Works Institute reviews findings from over 13,000 job seeker respondents in 13 different countries. Considered one of the largest global surveys of job seekers, the study shows that 55% of job seekers use the Internet to look for employment and 33% rate Internet job sites as the most effective channel for finding a job.
