Could you tell us more about GestMax and Kioskemploi? How does it work? What does it do?
Kioskemploi is a twenty-year old French editor, specialized in recruitment and application management. We offer software solutions for recruitment. GestMax and SimplyJobs solutions have been designed for companies, which need a highly professional approach to recruitment, while still remaining easy to use. Our software is able to manage the entire recruitment process: creatiing a career website, job distribution, the talentspool, CV management, recruitment workflow, statistical queries, applicant communication, personalized dashboard, etc.
Accessible entirely as software as a service (SaaS), recruitment software GestMax and SimplyJobs don’t require any installation. Our software is entirely customizable based on the needs of the customers.
What are the specific features that make you stand out?
We constantly adapt our software to reach the expectations of our customers. This past year, we have integrated new options such as interview video functions, linguistic competence evaluation modules, personality tests, etc. By developing partnerships with other companies, we are able to offer a complete software to our customers.
What can you tell us about your audience? Which countries do you wish to reach?
We already offer a multilingual version of the software which is available in English, French, Italian and German. Indeed, we have Italian, German, English and French speakers using the software. This has led to developing our business in other countries, mainly in Europe.
Why did you choose to launch Kioskemploi Italy and Kioskemploi Spain ?
We started by market studies and they indicated that the Spanish and Italian markets were particularly interesting for an international development. Indeed, the competition is less present there than in other countries like the UK, Germany or even France. Moreover, a lot of companies don’t have recruitment software in those countries yet. The geographic proximity is also an advantage for us to launch the software.
Do you have any new projects besides this one?
We are currently working on the 24th version of our software. Our technical team is working on a new design, new functions and a better ergonomy for the software.
We also continuously develop new partnerships with job boards, and HR agencies. We closely follow the HR actuality to be close to the preoccupations of our clients and therefore adapt our solutions.
What challenges will you be facing in the upcoming years?
Our biggest challenge is succeeding in our international development strategy. We will continue to bring constant evolution and new options to our software, in order to offer the best recruitment solutions to our clients. Our team is growing: we are looking for a new international business developer, a project manager and a developer.
