With the launch of Jobsite in 1995, the UK’s first multi-sector recruitment site, the Potts brothers are considered pioneers in the digital recruitment space with successful digital recruitment operations all over the world.
After the great success of OilFinity, an aggregator specialized in the global energy market, Talenetic founders are now launching TopEngineer, an aggregator focused on matching engineers with relevant jobs across the world.
“Since its launch 9 months ago, OilFinity has experienced phenomenal growth with our traffic already surpassing 80,000 monthly visits and a continual monthly growth of 30%”, explains Keith Potts, CEO of Talenetic. “Candidates love OilFinity and the ability of finding all jobs in one place. Recruiters love OilFinity as they can go to one place to fill all of their roles globally”, he adds. According to SimilarWeb, OilFinity drove 65,000 visits in August 2015. 22% of traffic comes from the UK, 12% from India, 10% from the United Arab Emirates and over 8% from the U.S. Taking this successful approach that benefits both candidates and recruiters to other sectors was the next logical step.
When TopEngineer went live on September 21, 2015, the website already carried 41,000 jobs. “These jobs are only direct from companies, not a single one is from a job board. This is one key reason why our aggregators are so popular with job seekers”, points out Eric Potts, MD of TopEngineer. “Within a short period of time, OilFinity with more than 30,000 jobs posted every month and carried more jobs than any other platform in the energy sector. TopEngineer will follow in its footsteps”, he adds.
The founders’ knowledge of engineering and digital recruitment topped with their improved technology will ensure that TopEngineer will zoom right past all competitors.
