Last September, Instagram hit 400 million active users which makes the photo and video sharing mobile app a far larger social networking service than LinkedIn or even Twitter, respectively gathering a little over 380 and 315 million users. As a recruiter, it’s important to tailor your sourcing method to your target audience. Given that over half of users are aged between 18 and 29, Instagram may just as well be the next social recruiting tool to hire millennial talent.

Today, we are going to have a look at the 5 most visited job sites in the world. According to audience statistics measured by SimilarWeb in August 2015, out of the 5 most visited job sites in the world, two are American, one is French, one is Russian and one is based in India.

Peter Langbauer holds a degree in economics from the university of Vienna in Austria. After many years of experience as a CEO in different industries (software, textile, job site...), he is now the CEO of stellenanzeigen.de since 2012.
