Site's statement

werkenindekempen.nl has been online since September 2014. So we are a relatively young company but a big player in the region. We are at home in recruiting the appropriate staff by our powerful formula and high brand awareness. 

Our years of knowledge and experience in the field of regional recruitment, we are a reliable partner and we can deliver sound advice. Owner  Ellen van Loon is already over  10 years active in the region in terms of recruitment and flexible working. Placement flowing through her veins.

Because recruitment is not necessary or desirable in any situation, was born the idea in 2014 to offer companies a platform to recruit regional staff. The job board, werkenindekempen.nl was born alongside the existing company Baan Garant .

Both formats complement each other perfectly:

  • werkenindekempen.nl there are jobs that quickly and easily by publishing on the Internet, social media and can be completed through mailings.
  • Garant job is for jobs that are harder to infill and where recruitment is a vital link for finding the right candidate.
  • Job Garant moreover for fast and flexible customized solutions in staffing and payroll .

werkenindekempen.nl is a job board for the Netherlands and a small part of Belgium:

  • The design of the site is attractive and modern
  • However, the site is only available in Dutch, so it is quite difficult for international users to navigate 
  • On the homepage, you can do a quick search and select from a list of job sectors 
  • There is also a list of recently added job offers, featured employers, and testimonials from satisfied users
  • Or you can do a general search and then narrow down the results by using the filters education, hours per week, and town
  • On the job offers, there is a clear date of publication which is great as it means we can confirm that the results are regularly updated and recent.
  • There is also a news and events section of the site which is useful for both job seekers and recruiters.
