Jobboard Finder’s opinion
Summary: This site emphasizes its different language options (French, English, German) at the top of the page, so everyone can access the information. On this site, there are more than 220 000 visits per day, but this is a huge drop from back in September. Most of the activity comes from direct access to the site, which means it has managed to grab the attention of its potential users and keep them coming back (instead of just getting users through social media or other advertising). On Twitter, there are 2500 followers; on Facebook, there are 751; on LinkedIn, there are 7 438. The site was created by developers for developers!
Design: The design is very simple: on one side, you have a list of job offers and each one displays a logo, a job title, the salary range and some key words. On the other side, you have a map to show you exactly where the offers are. There are only 2 filters (technology and city). The offers are also quite simple: you have different links to social media and even a contact person (with a photo and email included for some) making it possible to go through the site or get in touch with the recruiter directly.
The job board objective: The job board's goal is to make looking for work easy again! The design is simple and the team prides itself on explaining how everything works.
Recruiter observations: It's easy to create an account and you can see the prices on the site.
Jobseeker observations: Jobseekers don't need an account to apply to job offers. When you press on an offer, the site asks if you are Swiss or an EU citizen and it also offers you a cover letter field.
The job offers: There are around 500 job offers on the site at any given time. Most are for Java or JavaScript related jobs.

Special features:The language options; the blog (no dates on the articles but they are in many different languages); the testimonials (with photos!); the email just for feedback; the image that explains how to apply; chat window.
Verdict: It might look overly simplistic when you first enter the site, but that's the true beauty of it! This site is amazing
