Jobboard Finder’s opinion
Summary: Very little information is provided about the specialist job board StrefaInzyniera on the site. On social media, there are only two tweets for followers on Twitter, 9 followers on LinkedIn and 5 869 followers on Facebook. Despite that, the interesting thing about StrefaInzyniera is that it is a job board in Poland, which targets engineers and other IT professionals. Furthermore, the visibility is relatively high for a niche job board: 53 100 visits a month, mostly from Poland.
Design: The homepage is full of articles and some job offers on the side. To access the job listing, simply click on “praca” at the top of the page. A page with filters (sector, region), jobs and a map (to visualise the offers) appears. If the recruiters include the salary, it is visible in the listing in red. The other visible information in the listing is the location, the job title and the company name (no logos or publication dates). You can also visualise a map of the companies. Company profiles provide a short description and the benefits from working in the company.
The job board objective: StefaInzyniera (which means “engineer zone”) strives to provide engineers with relevant articles and career opportunities.
Recruiter observations: It’s very easy for recruiters to create an account. Unfortunately, the confirmation e-mails were never received. In theory, you can post for free.
Jobseeker observations: The same login issues exist for jobseekers. In theory, it’s easy to sign up but if you have trouble, you are not alone. Luckily, you don’t need an account to apply to job offers.
The job offers: There are hundreds of job offers on the site. Most of them are in production.
Reactivity: --
Special features: The map; the notes on different software (no updates since 2014); the industry news (no dates); articles on electronics, robotics, automating and more; popular jobs.
Verdict: If you would like to recruit for engineers in Poland, you can do so for free through Strefainzyniera. There are a number of other drawbacks but there is no harm in giving it a try. For jobseekers, the articles are very informative and high-tech.
