Jobboard Finder’s opinion
Summary: Music Job is a specialist German job board for musicians and anyone who employs them. This means orchestras, music academies or companies. The visibility is unknown but the good news is that the site is available in German and English. There is no social media.
Design: The site has a simple design, with three different panels: home, job search and recruitment. In the job listing, some jobs are featured, whereas the others are only available in the listing. The filters (category, title, employment, keywords, and location) appear on the left-hand side.
The job board objective: Music Job hopes to offer orchestras and musicians a chance to meet each other and create great music.
Recruiter observations: To create an account, you need to send the team an e-mail.
Jobseeker observations: Jobseekers don’t need an address. Instructions for the application are provided through the site.
The job offers: Currently, there are 300 jobs online. Most are for jobs in the orchestra.
Reactivity: --
Special features: The partner orchestras.
Verdict: Music Job has very low visibility unfortunately. That said, there are more than a handful of jobs advertised on the site. For jobseekers, it’s worth checking out the offers. For recruiters, you probably shouldn’t rely solely on Music Job.
