Jobboard Finder’s opinion
Summary: Created in 2011, this job board isn't the most attractive but it is quite functional. MapMeo offers its visitors a new chance at work. There are 32 followers on LinkedIn. That said, MapMeo is not using its social media to get attention. Despite that, it does have more than 21 000 visits a month so the word is getting out there!
Design: The colour scheme of this site is blue, green and gray. These colours almost make the site seem outdated. Furthermore, the page doesn't fill out the screen, much like websites without updated UX design. It's clearly all about the job offers, since you can see the search engine (what, where and the radius) and a list of different job offers based on the region and profession. It's very standard.
The job board objective: MapMeo prides itself on being free and easy to use. It has all the features you might find on other sites and clear information.
Recruiter observations: You can post for free for 14 days and you can see the prices. You can also contact the team through a contact form (no robots allowed).
Jobseeker observations: It's really easy to apply to job offers or create an account.
The job offers: There are 101 746 job offers. Most of the jobs are in just in "work".
Reactivity: No response so far.
Special features: There aren't many special features other than a job alert.
Verdict: This site is quite simple so there's no harm in adding it to your strategy but don't expect miracles.
