• The design of the site is very attractive and easy to navigate
• On the homepage there is a list of featured companies, featured jobs and the latest jobs
• You can do a general search with the search engine but then you can only narrow the results down by keyword and location
• The search engine could be better by having more filters to sort the results
• You can link your account with your LinkedIn account to speed up the registration process
• There is also a blog with advice and information on it for both job seekers and recruiters
