Jobboard Finder’s opinion
Summary: Joboolo was created in 2001 by a French systems engineer, Mohammed Kaffel. The website is an aggregator much like Jooble or Trovit, which retrieves job posts from all over the internet (most of them are from recruitment sites) to have them in one place. It does a decent job and 163 740 views a recorded a month by SimilarWeb. The site is relatively minimalistic and it is not https:// secure. Furthermore, the links at the top and bottom of the page serve the same purpose. The founder has gone to the trouble of creating two Twitter pages (with less than 50 followers between them and no updates since 2016), a Facebook page (no updates since 2015) and a Linkedin page (rather irrelevant).
Design: You need a keyword to use the search engine (keywords and location)
In the advanced search, you can add combined words, the company name, the posting date and you can exclude certain words or recruiters.
The job board objective: Joboolo makes it easier for jobseekers to find relevant adverts in one place.
Recruiter observations: Since the job offers on Joboolo come from other sites, there’s no real incentive to create an account.
Jobseeker observations: All the job offers redirect you to another website. You can create an account by giving the website your e-mail address, but it is not necessary.
The job offers: The job offers are from all over the internet.
Reactivity: --
Special features: The feedback option.
Verdict: In today’s day and age, the absence of https:// security makes most of us reluctant to use the website in question. That said, Joboolo is quite alright if you want to browse through the job offers currently on the net.
