Jobboard Finder’s opinion
Summary: Azinka is a generalist job board in Azerbaijan (next to Armenia and Georgia) created in 2003. The visibility is unknown by SimilarWeb. There are, however, 874 followers on Twitter and 4 275 on Linkedin. The Facebook is empty.
Design: The homepage has all the necessary information for anyone using the site. There are panels at the top of the page, but they just scroll down for you. The blog links don’t work (but you can access it through the panel) and neither does the form. Otherwise, the focus of the page is indeed the search engine (keywords, the location and the category) and the job offers. In the listing, you can see the job title, the company, the location, the publication and expiry dates. It’s possible to include a logo, but most job adverts don’t, so the Azinka logo appears next to the offer instead. There are filters (location, category, contract type) but for so few job offers, you don’t need them. Some of the job offers have even expired.
The job board objective: Azinka aims to provide Azerbaijanis with access to a local job board.
Recruiter observations: To advertise, you need to contact the website.
Jobseeker observations: You don’t need any account to apply to job offers and you can’t create one anyway.
The job offers: There are currently 22 job offers on the website but only 10 of those have not expired!
Reactivity: The form on the website doesn’t work but they also have an e-mail address.
Special features: The blog (in Azerbaijani)
Verdict: Many different links do not work on the website; the number of job offers is low, and the number of current ones is even lower; the visibility is unknown; the language options are limited. Need I go on? Azinka has a long way to go before becoming a relevant job site.
